Gary was born in Philadelphia PA. and was a “snow bird” until october 1999. A Floridan at heart finally decided to make South Florida his permanent home because of the warm weather and active lifestyle.

Surprisingly much of Gary’s 20 year career was not spent entirely in real estate. He was co-owner and VP of National Products Co. in Philadelphia, PA. - the largest restaurant and equipment dealer company on the East Coast. For over 20 years he ran National which supplied to all the casino’s restaurants in Atlantic City NJ.

In his personal life, he developed relationships with builders like Leonard Albanese and Toll Brothers to build his very own dream homes. Gary has been investing in commercial and residential real estate for over 30 years.
